About Kaylyn Buckley

Kaylyn is a passionate senior executive, director, manager, and producer with years of experience focused on developing impactful narratives, driving brand loyalty, maximizing efficiency, managing projects and programs, and leading teams through campaign ideation, production, and execution.

As part of the executive team at 305 Fitness, Kaylyn has guided the company through post-COVID reopening, developing company-wide strategies for hybrid virtual and in-person studio models. 

Her marketing experience combines thoughtful content production with data- and revenue-driven strategy, and she has served as a tenacious growth-hacker for multiple organizations including Tok the Vote, 305 Fitness, Caryl Fine Art, and Dogital Media.

Kaylyn has worked on Broadway, as well as in multiple prominent regional theatres across the country, including La Jolla Playhouse, Seattle Repertory Theatre, and Dallas Theatre Center. Recent Broadway credits include West Side StoryTo Kill A Mockingbird, and Rose Tattoo, as well as two years at the Tony Awards. 

As an independent producer, she has spearheaded multiple prominent regional and international projects, including A Boy's Room at Ars Nova and the Off-Broadway and international production Your Alice by Billie Aken-Tyers (BAM, Edinburgh Fringe Festival, The Arcola Theatre).
